They asked for engine photos. Sent an image when I removed the stock intake and TB, just open hole to the intake manifold. Then the second image after installation stating it was OEM Bullitt TB and OEM Bullitt CAI. Got a tune right away, so....
Let us know the comparison between the Ford and Lund please good Sir!!

New air filter. Goodbye grungy yellow paper, hello high-flow blue washable.

This is an Airraid 863-399. The exact same filter Ford Performance sells for a lot more.
The fitment info is a little dated on Airaid's website, but this is the right filter for our kits. Got it from Tdot Performance for a smidge over $100 Cad. including shipping. Very nicely made.

Can you load another aftermarket tune directly over the FP tune? Last time I reverted to stock and then loaded the Lund. Just want to know if I need to do that step. In the past you couldn't overwrite a Lund I don't think unless you went back to OEM.

Of course - first thing loader software does is to erase PCM. I did that - did not go back to stock, just loaded Lund tune (93, then Flex then E85R). I think you can load a new calibration over anything really unless PCM is bricked.

I wondered why this was getting all darkened.... just realized that it was from the liner and seems to be pressed and digging into to the hood liner over time. Was there some issue a while back that this bracket was cracking?

I still can’t believe they haven't switched the elbow over to the Mach1 style. There would be no cutting, rubbing or engine cover modification using that tube.

Wasn’t able to load over it. Anywho loaded it and logged data for lund. Seems to be working well with the 87mm tb and CAI from FP.
Got out this morning for mixed driving to tire shop. Normal seems to behave better, like lund gave it attributes of Sport. Shifts s little harder. Doesn’t feel the need to get into 9th or 10th gear too early like normal vs sport.

Took about a 30-mile ride in mixed traffic 4 lanes with lots of red lights. I cant comment on butt dyno, but so far Id say the 10R80 shifting pattern is better in Normal and S+ than OEM and FP. It'll take a lot more eval though. It def likes to stay in 9th gear longer in Normal, which is a blessing. And every light take off I always felt Normal jumped to second too fast, this one isn't doing that right now. I did put it in S+ near the end. It's a rocket. Jump in and out of cars on the 4 lane at 40-50mph, holds 4-5k rpm, when you let off it engine brakes and burbles and pops. Also seems like the S+ shifts aren't as violent. But once again, I need to drive it for a week to make any real determination.

First reaction is someone who actually drove this car programmed the tranny.

Sounds about right going from FP to custom tune 😁
Yeah, I mean I watched their video on it and the programming they did wasn't dyno, it was frrom driving, so I get it. But I always try not to get my hopes up lol until I drive it some myself.

I guess as an option to some, you could buy the TB, Adapter and CAI for the Bullitt/Mach 1, and then get lund to send the tune. You just may not be able to drive it for a bit lol.

I’ve been happy with the FP tune. I have a 20
manual. I installed it when the car had 300 miles on and could tell how much better the car ran. The only way I’ll change it if I go SC route.

It seems as though LUND has done their thing. Congrats to you on getting closer to your performance goals. I wonder how this would be with my manual transmission and possibly catted longtube headers, Xpipe, and stock axle back exhaust. You've got me hyped up for sure.

I have a 2018 GT PP1 with a manual as well. Tell me in what ways the driving experience changed / improved for you.
