I haven't noticed an increase in fuel consumption. Just a hit to the wallet filling up with 93 octane. The tune runs perfectly fine on a minimum of 91 octane although you won't get the maximum benefit from the tune if you do that.
That's pretty much a deal killer right there. We only have one brand of gas here that offers 94, everyone else only goes to 91. The 94 is way more expensive then the 91 (which I'm using now) so I won't be doing anything that requires a higher octane than I'm already using.

The kit says 91 octane right on the Ford Performance website

I haven't read every reply so this may have been answered already. How does the kit effect the fuel economy when you're using the car as a daily driver? The extra power would be nice and the recalibration of the A10 interests me, but not if you give up 20 - 30% fuel economy.
I havent seen any difference in fuel. It will run perfectly fine on 91. That's the lowest you can use with it. We only have 93 here, but shouldn't see any issues or differences at all on 91 as that's what the tune was specifically calibrated for.

Actually it gets its best gain on 93 but will run on 91. There have been dynos showing at least a 5rwhp gain with 93 over 91.

I was speciafically talking about fuel economy per his post, but even then 5 hp is not even noticeable.
