Are you pulling data directly from canbus or some other method? I forget, did you do a dual pump set up like the stock 350s?
Its a single pump like a GT. We can't get the PID for the rail sensor to work with my GT's PCM. Annoying. So I'm measuring with an autometer gauge at the fuel rail port which normally houses the gt350's OEM rail sensor.

Hey ya'll. Just getting into some mustang stuff and need a quick answer to a question I cant find a diffinitive yes/no.

I have a couple sets of 315 A052s from my other car I want to run square on the Mustang. I have some MCS doubles on order, and going to be making custom top hats (front) and upper mount (rear).

Assuming the standard mechanical bits of a typical basic CAM car, will the 315s fit with 18x12s up front without fender mods? Going to order Apex 18x12 +57 and run front spacer for whatever offset I need, just want to check that even if tight, its not necessary to pull/roll fenders.

They fit on mine on an Apex 18x11s ET52 with 28mm spacer (also had stacked 25+5 mm) and -3.5 degrees of camber.

Thanks. Is it a tight fit between strut and fender or still some room?

Normally I wouldnt care, I just need to fully know ahead of parts arriving to make plans.

I have stock Magride struts - fit is tight but not super duper can only fit a razor in there tight. I can take some pics for you later today as I lazily left old Yoks after end of last season and haven't touched them since.

No they won't fit easily on 12s up front.

One of the Houston guys fit them on 12s with MCS shocks... but he cut fenders to do it..

He let me test fit them on my car and it was a never gonna fit, not with any spacer, due to fenders and also my specific coilover has a ~10mm knurled knob which was right at the 18" wheel rim locaiton, but even w/o that I think that extra 1" is gonna cause you to cut fender. Maybe if you tip the wheel in really far with camber, but then you've got inside clearance on the frame to worry about.

I ran them on 11"s up front and keep the 12" wheels on the back.

I run 18" x 12" Apex rims and run 315 Yokes with no fender mods. 35mm spacers + super long GT4 wheel studs from OPMustang. I run Ohlins coilovers and there is maybe 1/4" clearance from the tire to the strut body with -4 degrees camber.

If you mean Fletcher, he actually rolled his fenders to make them fit, but yeah they definitely won't fit with stock GT fenders. However he also doesn't have wheel liners either.

He rolled the hell out of them too, we measured, and he was pretty much at the same numbers as the GT350 fender width. It's a lot of tire to fit up front!

Well I decided to split the difference of 11 and 12, or I should say the sale decided it for me.

I was looking at these in 18x12 but then randomly checked the 11 and 11.5 to see if any had a better sale. The 33% off in bronze was just hard to pass up.

I'll be machining the front caster plates for the MCS's I have on order so I should be able to get a bit more "bespoke" of a fit than average.

I have the 11.5 in 19". Just my two cents. It's probably perfect for a 305, but if you want to put a 315 or bigger, you really probably should go to the 12".

And that said, I have 325's on my 11.5 now. They are pinched down a bit, but it's relatively small, and the CRS have a really stiff sidewall.

Im not sure about the CRS, but Hoosier and A052s definitely want as much wheel as you get stretch the tires on. I ran 275 A052s pinched on 9s then stretched on 11s and the difference was massive. Felt so bad pinched and super sharp stretched.

The RE71rs and now Vitours both have a big step in the rim protector area and seem to handle a smaller wheel so much better. But 315s on 11s should still be pretty good, better on 12s but 11.5 will be great.

Would be interesting to see if some 13s and 345s would work in the rear in the future. Im guessing that'll take a wee bit more work.

Another year goes by where sticker yokos remain the ultimate cold/wet tire. With a little help from Mother Nature I got top pax at the first bmwcca AX event of the season. Anyone on 71rs or Vitours or ECS or anything else were in the dark ages.

We're back baby! Got one good event under my belt after 3 false starts this year (one transmission leak, one fuel starving at high RPM and another with more fuel starving).

This one was a local event and autocross school with 168 people entered at the Beeville TX concrete site. Engine ran well with the new KPM1000 fuel system and a couple revs with the tuner to correct the voltage driving the pumps and to dial in the fuel trims for the new higher PSI.

155 miles down the highway to the site, A couple of days with no leaks, misfires, and no fuel starving, and 155 miles home with no mechanical issues and no strange noises.

Peak speed/RPM was around 69mph at ~7800 rpm (so still 2nd gear for the Voodoo and Tremec even on the short Yokes)

I'm not sure how many runs I have on these Yokohamas (lost my tracking spreadsheet over the winter), but after sitting outside most of last year, they're pretty hard. They still held on pretty well and good enough for a respectable 11th place finish. The R-class guys cleaned up on the dry concrete, but I was 4th fastest on street tires and undoubtably on the oldest tires. 2nd places was a CAMS car on square 345 Vitours. I have as set in 305 waiting in plastic wrap, but I really want another lightweight set of 18" Yokes for these forged Apex wheels.

I'll work on fixing the wind noise in the audio next time
