So I noticed. I'm always willing to join in, too.

Here you go: The car models with the most manual transmission sales are Camaro and Corvette. The A10 (that they share with Ford) was only available on the ZL1 and their other automatics are not widely appreciated by enthusiasts. The wider availability and acceptance of the A10 in the Mustang has reduced manual sales.
Ford says 50 percent of current Mustang GT buyers and 20 percent of Mustang EcoBoost buyers choose the six-speed manual. The Shelby GT350 is available only with a manual

Manual take rate on the 2019 Chevy Corvette is approximately 20 percent this year, but the new mid-engine car will only have a dual-clutch automatic on its spec sheet. Take rate on the ’19 Camaro is approximately 20 percent

The Subaru WRX/STI has the highest manual take rate of any car on this list, approximately 88 percent, which is even higher than for the BRZ (73 percent).

see, on the Corvette there is no way i would buy it with the A8. the T-56 is such a great transmission. the Camaro transmission doesn't matter to me since the refresh is butt ugly. the WRX auto transmission is absolutely terrible. it's a CVT

I drove my manual to work today in rush hour traffic. Good news is, there wasn't any rush hour traffic. My head hurts from catching up on this thread, but at least Wal-Mart had Tylenol and toilet paper last night. Only five more hours until I get to drive the Mustang again. It's full of premium gas (not intended to start another one of those threads), so I can take the long way home tonight. Yes, things are definitely looking up!
Where did you find toilet paper? Which Walmart? Do they have anymore?

In the motorcycle world, there is the same type of debate/arguments between Harley riders and all other riders
For you to know where I stand:

I forgot about the imports. If all car manufacturers had CVTs as their only automatic transmission, manual sales would skyrocket.

Not really. Harleys are cruisers. The seating position is awful for handling. Going around a curve fast on a Harley would scare the crap out of me.
You wouldn’t be able to do it. They have no ground clearance.

Let's get real here, any vehicle that can be thrown off
Let's get real here, any vehicle that can be thrown off by some leaves, or a light rain shower, is awful for handling. Bikes are the fastest thing on wheels. On dry pavement. Under perfect conditions. On a closed course with no traffic. Basically the ultimate magazine racing machine. That being said, Moto GP is dope as hell.
I ride my bikes in all weather and you would be surprised how much you can lean in the rain
Obviously, reading the road is much more important on 2 wheels

Get what you like. Choice is great. Not everyone likes a certain type of vehicle. Not everyone cares about speed. Some like to just cruise listening to tunes.

But can you do that on a Harley without all the “fashionable “ accoutrements and the bell ?
As well than the obnoxiously loud pipes? (Regardless of what some Harley riders believe, loud pipes don’t save lives)

I had to give up cycles because of vertigo problems. I can't even handle a two wheel bike... can't turn. So I bought a tadpole trike.

I like the way it looks, rides, seating position, sounds etc. built in radio with car play and navigation. Nothing else added except taller bars and heated grips for cold weather riding and comfort. What bell? Seems as though you’ve got issues stereotyping people. You also seem to have to have to justify your purchase to strangers on a forum. Insecure perhaps?
