Holy Tramlining!

So, gotta admit that street driving this car can be tasking when it comes to rough or grooved roads. I'm currently running pilot ss 295/35/19 up front and 305 in the back. I have also installed the steeda k member brace. That did not seem to help at all. What kind of tried and true recommendations does anyone have to help minimize or even eliminate the tramlining.

I have 305's on all corners and I put Nitto 05's instead of the Cup2's
I also have a Steeda 2 bolt track bar
Tramlining is almost gone

Better alignment will help. Whats your current alignment specs? I'd guess your your toe is aggressive

I second the alignment recommendation. I had cup 2 tires and they were downright dangerous driving in some areas but I did an alignment and it got rid of about 40% of the tramlining intensity then I switched to PSS tires and now 95% tramlining GONE! No more dangerous white knuckle moments.

I did max oem negative camber possible both front and rear (2 front and 1.9 rear)and a tiny bit toe-in are my general settings and they made a huge difference.

The FP Sport Cups were terrible on the street. I switched to 30 series Toyo R888Rs and got it aligned and it is night and day. Had already had the Steeda 2pt brace installed.

I tried the Pirelli's in stock size like yours, and surprisingly the tramlining almost totally went away. Honestly, I had forgotten all about tramlining till you brought it back up. Or maybe I just got used to it.

I find that putting the steering in "Normal" instead of "Sport" makes it easier to correct for minor tramline deviations.

With that much negative camber have you had issues with the inside shoulders of your tires wearing fast?

Alignment, oem spec has toe out in front(non R)Take it to zero or slight toe in and it will help at least 50%. The rest is the Michelins.

I have a new Mach 1 with HP and the Cup 2's do this pretty badly on any road that is not a newer/fresh smooth blacktop. I've heard lots of people say soon as they swapped off the Cup 2's it was just fine. I had not heard about the PSS though. Most people had thrown on PS4S and stated tramlining was gone and that is what I plan on installing after I wear these ones out.

Not saying alignment can't help or contribute, but...tires. I changed to my current Continental ExtremeContact Sports and did absolutely nothing else, nothing...100% eliminated. Put my take-off tires on my sons completely awesome S197 car (full Steeda suspension, BMR k-member, the works)...all over the damn place.

Replaced OEM size MPSs (f295/r305 35s) on 2018 GT350 with R replicas and OEM size R tire PS4Ss (f305/r315 30s) tramlining gone, smoother/more quiet ride, and turn in/grip improved significantly on the street.
