I was pretty comfortable in the car, it definitely is a much less spacey ride for sure though. When we auto crossed I was very comfortable in it though.
I do really love my car, however, I've been swaying away from it after this late October when I visited a friend in Nashville. He has a 22 Supra and we went to an auto cross event. Never having driven the car before, I will say, that thing was an absolute blast and a monster. The only thing that...
I have definitely seen quite a few GT350's and 500's so far since I got my Mach 1 back in November of 21. I've only seen 2 other Mach 1's in the wild and was not expecting to see either in the locations I saw them in and on the days I saw them.
I'm not 100% sure on the Mach 1 production...
Like a few have mentioned, don't drive it like you're at a track or auto cross event. Just drive it easy and don't put any stress on the tires that you don't have to. The first year I had my Mach I drove to work a few times in low 30's high 20's temps and that was when the Cup 2's were still on...
I was reading through this small thread to see if I saw anyone doing what I do currently or if they used to.
Service advisor here in northern MN and not really working where I want to right now specifcally as far as manufacturer (Subaru) but most of the time the customers are pretty decent...
Yes they're good and actually just hooked up the tender to it last night. I know those connections are good and not a problem. Car never skips a beat and cranks perfect when I start it, it just starts to stumble when I know the wrench light is about to come on.
Do you know if the code that popped up or left in history was lost communication by chance or never had it checked prior to figuring out what the problem was?
I finally had a chance to ride and drive a new Supra the other weekend at a buddies in Nashville. We did an autocross event over the weekend and I was extremely impressed and delighted with the car. I think if I was going to get into something different it would be that (it does have a 6 speed...
I wish I could say the same with mine after the ECM update. I've still had it come on again after getting the update done. Before getting it flashed I had it come on probably 3 or 4 times but it was never when driving the car just at start-up after it had been driven. I've never had it come on...
The only problem is when/if something does decide to completely fail I don't want to be stuck somewhere with a car that doesn't move. For now yes, it isn't a huge concern because I've figured out a way to get it to clear itself after just letting it sit a couple minutes after the incident...
Being as I don't have a code reader/scan tool and the only code like I said was lost communication with the PCM and with how intermittent it is that will be unlikely. It is also parked for winter now.
Just been having this and a problem with the 4-5 upshift which is also intermittent and...
Hey, I went to this show. I'll post up a few more pictures of these 2 beauties in a sec for you!
Bonus pics at the end of a few other stangs that were there.
Also forgot to toss in my 2¢. I honestly can't really say which I feel looks best. I really love all variants of the s550 model. The one...
I think at some other time or in another thread I posted something about this, however, I don't believe anyone had any good thoughts that they'd had with theirs or ideas.
Just checking in to see if anyone has had a completely random/intermittent wrench light that, for me, only comes on at...
I'm not super crazy about the S650, however, I did see one in the flesh the other weekend and I will say that it does look a bit better in person than photos. I still wouldn't take one of my Mach 1 even in the Dark Horse trim especially after seeing numbers that elude my memory showing the Dark...
I would say just to get a better perspective on things because people are using numbers but doesn't seem like they're comparing much between before vs after. I'd say ballpark everything is about 20-30% louder roughly with my x-pipe in and I'd imagine it would be about the same with an h-pipe...
When I got my H-pipe on I noticed a bit of a difference with cabin noise but it wasn't huge. Same thing with external noise. Just made it a little bit louder but not TO loud after doing the x-pipe delete. I definitely prefer it with the resonator delete over having it still in and was able to...
Just want to say I did get one of these just in case anything slightly unforseen was happening in the pan. Last oil change everything looked good and I do recommend holding onto the original plug in case the o-rings fail on that drain plug.
It should fit the Mach 1 without issue, just was trying to see if anyone upgraded the front sway bar on theirs to something else. Looks almost identical to the steeda one that was put onto their orange Mach 1.
Anyone know if https://eibach.com/product/35145.310?epsid=2119 would fit on a 2021 Mach 1 and if it would be an upgrade over what's already in there (front sway bar kit)? I don't see any reviews on their page on this piece. I know the steeda Mach 1 they replaced the front and rear with their kits.
