Keep a couple things in mind before buying.
1. Its fall and winter climate dealers are wanting to move these out of inventory. That being said, they don't want a mustang in trade either. But will the incentives (rebates) be better or worse in the spring? Maybe interest rates will go up or down. Like someone else said, there are quite a few PP2 on cars.com or similar. If you're willing to drive and be patient, you may get a better deal.
2. Winter tires need to be thought about in a completely different mindset than a summer or a daily A/S. You're looking for snow/ice traction and the ability to rotate. A square setup in the narrowest possible configuration is what you need (maybe not what you want). Wider is NOT better, keep that in mind. Also, you'll likely want to part ways with the stock Cup2's next spring, so you'll be on the hook for another major tire purchase before summer.
