Plugs are dirt cheap. Twice or thrice a year doesn't strike me as cost prohibitive. Tires are the big money suck.
There's gotta be a reasonable way to inject "cold" coolant into the back cylinders instead of torturing them with the hottest.
Or a tune that runs them slightly richer? Hell we did...
Check the extra cooler mounts. They were laughable when I looked at the drawings so I wouldn't be surprised you've got radiators flapping around or the hoses
I don't believe warranty is needed to be eligible.
Otherwise sweet talk the service manager (not the service writer). Or threaten to accidentally drive thru their plate glass walls as your A10 erratically decides to buck and jerk at just the wrong moment.
Ford will only do factory garbage specs. Find a performance shop near you. Or call around and ask various shops if they will do a custom job.
Eg craftsman autocate near me will do anything I ask. But it's also an enthusiast shop.
Just buy a couple of 3mm spacers and slap them on there if the tire is riding too close to the shock body.
Also consider loosen the camber bolts and slam it to the stops the other way to maximize separation. Then you just adjust the camber plates for desired. You DO have camber plates, right?
I'm concerned. You were shifting with your left hand like a euro/UK driver. Will it work if mounted in a usa car and manipulated with the right hand, as is proper?
