How does the car feel daily driving can you tell the difference in torque compared to stock
Are you manual or auto depending on drivetrain loss that's about 395rwhp give or take

Feels great...its a lot of fun driving around town.

It's an auto.

So would you guys say the results are good for not being tuned yet?

I would say so as long as it drives good don't worry about dynoed numbers but a tune will wake it up

Thanks. I didn't dyno it before installing the F150 intake, so i don't really have a before and after comparison, but I've enjoyed it

Just dynoed my car. Only mods are F150 IM, Mishimoto intake tube, AFE dry air filter, and Roush axleback exhaust. No tune yet. It was about 95* here in FL. Based on the corrected dynojet #, it comes out to about 463hp at the crank correct? Thoughts?

Where in Florida are you located? I’d love to tune it for you.

Wonder if a regular GT mani car has dyno'd at that same shop and has a graph?

These numbers seem right to me without a tune.

With the F-150 intake manifold, I made the following numbers on 93 octane at the wheels.

428 hp
423 ft lbs

Mods:
2017 F-150 intake manifold
PMAS CAI
Steel works 1" 7/8 LTH
X- pipe with Roush axle backs

Not sure I get this graph, and please let me know if it's just me.

But I only see 3 lines (usually there are 4 in comparison tests) as one of the torque curves is missing.

Also, max torque is around ~320 or so? That's considerably worse than stock.

There is a TQ curve missing, but hes on a very low reading Mustang Dyno, and hes an auto, Also not sure what gear it was done in.

I'm assuming you had a tune when you ran these numbers...if so, what tune are you using?

Guys on a Mustang FB page were going to town on the numbers...saying that they're awful and that the F150 manifold was killing my performance. Not sure if that's true or if I just need it tuned to see the full benefit.

It does kill your performance, at least in any full out WOT or racing situation. Probably not in a stoplight to stoplight situation where the low end torque gets you going. But yeah, basically the F150 intake will run out of air at high RPM and will hurt power under the curve in extended WOT situations. Your car will ultimately be faster with a stock, 18 mani, GT350 mani or CJ mani because they let the Coyote rev it out to higher RPM which will give you a higher avg. power.

Thanks...makes sense why it didnt dyno well. It definitely pulls harder from stoplight to stoplight, which is 99% of my driving amd which is why i wemt with this manufold...hell I've only had it on highway 2 or 3 times in over 2 yrs.

So the f150 manifold in a 1/8 or 1/4 mile wont benefit anything? If I remember right the OP was using it for track days. Using the torque to help bring him out of corners quicker.
