  1. Which one? BMR CB005 or BMR CB762?

No you do not need to upgrade half shafts unless you're going BIG power.
  2. Long term would you rather…GT350 vs GT500

350 all day. It will go down as a modern classic. It's just a beautiful car.
  3. Howitzer's Long Term Street to Track 2015 Mustang GT Build

Great thread! I have a 2015 and have a similar build thread and goal.
  4. Daily Driver Square Tire Setup

I always run square setup. More neutral handling.
  5. Seat recommendation for dual purpose car

Yeah I have a long commute to work and some of the roads are bad. And I'm already running 515lb front springs.
  6. Seat recommendation for dual purpose car

How bad is it daily driving with the race seat? Real bad?
  7. Seat recommendation for dual purpose car

Did your race org sanction the Schroth with your Recaro without a harness bar? I'm looking at Sparco QRT seats right now, a Krause harness bar, Sparco 6pt harness and the other bits to mount the seat. It'll run me about $3k per side and obviously it'll be a lot harsher driving around on the street.
  8. Is Wengerd performance or Lund tuning good ?

I've had a Lund 93/FF/E85 tune on my 2015 for years. It's awesome. But, I also haven't dealt with them in a number of years, so I have no idea what's going there. I haven't needed to. No issues with my tune. 2015-17 JLT, LU47 injectors and 2018 ported intake manifold. Stock exhaust manifolds and...
  9. I need a little guidance on a few more suspension upgrades

Man, I did it all. And I found out what worked and what didn't - later. Lol If you wanna do it, go for it. Maybe start with the BMR CB005 or Steeda subframe bushing lockout.
  10. Seat recommendation for dual purpose car

Not a bad suggestion. I could run that on the street, but my track org won't sanction the Schroth harness unfortunately.
  11. Front hubs for 2022 GT 300A Base

It's hard to beat for the street, especially on a budget! Bilstein or FP is what most people should be running I reckon.
  12. I need a little guidance on a few more suspension upgrades

I appreciate the inferred accent in that response.
  13. I need a little guidance on a few more suspension upgrades

Then, I'd probably hold off on doing more upgrades until you know what you're trying to improve. Try a track day or autocross! It's really fun and you will actually be able to see what yourself and the car are capable of.
  14. I need a little guidance on a few more suspension upgrades

The stock IRS bushings are unacceptable to me, street car or not. Some people are OK with it and that's fine though.
  15. I need a little guidance on a few more suspension upgrades

The other advice I can give that I forgot to include in my previous post: a lot of these parts will make a difference. The vertical links for example, yeah you'll feel it. As you add more and more, the gain becomes additive. But, with each part you upgrade, the next weakest link becomes more and...
  16. Seat recommendation for dual purpose car

Some OEM Recaro would be nice but also so much money. It seems like they've gone up in price over the years. Mines a 2015.
  17. I need a little guidance on a few more suspension upgrades

I would do the subframe modifications. Skip the K Brace and the vertical links. Your springs are only a small rate increase over stock, so you're not getting much benefit there other than a firmer "feel" from the car. Most of your gain is coming from the camber and the shocks. If you main thing...
  18. Seat recommendation for dual purpose car

I am looking to ditch the factory base cloth seats and go for something with more bolster support to keep me in place. The car is primarily a street car that will occasionally go to the track. I would like a provision to use a harness for track days. Any suggestions?
  19. Biggsy's Track Build

This is modding a car in a nutshell 😂 You always find out afterwards. I can't tell you how many times I've said that one.
