Thanks, GTX, (loved that car BTW,) but honestly, I was attempting to be humorous. :-)

I suppose if one had access to the type and size printers that the automakers have, you could pull it off. But, while I know very little about the subject, I do not think there is a filament material that would hold up using the type 3D printers you see available via retail. As it is, it would have to be a fairly large retail machine to get the height or width needed.

Yep, that's the ticket. And, if by some means you had the digital curvature of the deck lid, you could probably draw a decent bracket by referencing other brackets while not copying other designs. A savvy mechanical engineer, even a student, could probably duit with reasonable success I would think. But then, what do I know?

You could skip that step by 3D scanning them and then uploading that file into a CNC machine.
Any iPhone 13 (or newer) can scan it with the free app Polycam.

I would suggest doing a 3D print as a prototype and testing the fitment and model accuracy before going to milling.

Its a little more involved than an I phone scan.

On it

Back from the dead ….. any aftermarket support for this yet ???
I have everything ready to go to have manufactured, but a couple of quotes I received were cost prohibitive. I will quote it out to a few more shops, but it has to make sense.
