BION, there are three S550 GT-500's within a mile of me and I didn't know it until a few months back. One of the guys decided to do a photoshoot of all three down at a bank parking lot that had an American flag painted on the back wall. Fun day for sure and my girl is the Rapid Red beauty.
My factory battery on the 2020 500 died after three years despite being on a CTEK for most of its life. And then two weeks ago I had to replace it again, (both Interstates) after another three years. I try to remember to lock the vehicle after she goes back into the garage which I was told saves...
I was hoping that was the case, Alex and there aren't too many things better than a father-son experince. Question is, is your son as obsessive about the task as you are? <BSEG>
Yep, it's hot Alex...at 0630 as I type it's 81/89. But those two cars make me tired just reading about all that work. You're a machine, dude. <grin>
Headed to Ohio in a couple three weeks for a 55-year high school reunion which should be interesting but I'm looking forward to the cooler temps.
It's been brutally hot and humid in South Texas lately and last week we had the highest heat index in recent memory...122! For those on the metric system, that's 50C!
Still haven't tried out by Yeti buckets but it's been way too hot and humid to do much of anything outdoors except jump in the...
Well done, D..perhaps a wee bit over the top <smile> but they look great and the hexagonal decals were definitely the best choice.
As a MOF, I recently upgraded my two buckets as well and after checking out every offering online and watching multiple vids, I decided to go with Yeti's. Forgot to...
I agree with Deyon, steer clear of any solvent-based products. I think 303 is the best recommendation so far but even if it reduces the problem, it will only be temporary.
Dang sorry about the Chineseum barrel brush, D and I expect most of us have had a similar experience with one or more of their products. If only the ads online indicated the country of origin.
Still can't wash a car here so I stocked up with a gallon of Absolute. In the process, I also ordered...
No, I sure haven't, Joe but I like the description, especially the thickness and diamond texture so I will for sure grab a box when I get low on the current batch..many thanks.
Same here. Used the OEM cover for a couple three years then saw this one on the Shelby site that I liked more better. Easy peasy 2-minute install and removal and a huge help down here where the ag dust in the air is pretty heavy when the farmers are plowing the fields.
As always, I'm envious of you east coasters being able to attend, Jaime and based on the year, I'd guess that it's been five as well since you go every year. Taking the family again?
Hope you both have a great time and don't forget a few photos, please.
As usual, it seems I am a day late and a dollar short, James as this is the first I've ever heard of "virtual" credit cards. Time to investigate.
Hope you get your brush.
