Hi guys.

I took my car to firestone two weeks ago to get my alignment done. After picking up the car I noticed that my rear passenger tire was sticking out(no camber at all/ positive camber).

I returned to the same place an told them that I rear tire wasn't sticking out before. They told me they would fix it but then after an hour they said there was nothing the could do.

Today I went to another firestone and after an hour they told me my car does not have camber adjustment in the rear.

My car is a 2017 Mustang GT Performance Package with lowering springs. Before doing the first alignment both my rear tires were tucked in and now I have one sticking out. The refused to give me a printout the three times with excuses.

Are they BSing me?

Yes, they're bullshitting you.

Camber arm slides (in a "horizontal" direction) on its inboard joint and it is kind of pain in the ass to adjust (toe changes with camber) but they just don't know how to do it despite manual showing it pretty clearly.

I hope you got your money back or take it up with your Credit Card company, if that's how you paid. There are so many incompetent shops ripping people off and ruining it for the good shops, good luck finding a place that caters to enthusiasts.

Most Firestone store(s) are barely adequate to work on a mini van. If those guys were good enough, they would be at an independent shop. A dealership will usually only set you to factory specs. It looks like you have stock wheel & tire package for a PP1, so they would probably do a decent enough job. AND provide a print out. They're just pricey.
Find another shop.

Lifetime alignment, they really dont want to work hard for it and doing the rear is annoying, but yes theres absolutely camber adjustment there. Toe and camber crosstalk in the rear so they changed your rear toe and thats why the camber was different afterwards.

Find a better shop.

Are you saying one tire pokes out more than the other? They are obviously clueless but it also means probably your subframe not being centered. Steeda subframe alignment dowels are a nice upgrade

Print these out, show them to the guy doing the alignment, and point out that adjusting either one affects the other, so it might require going back and forth to get them both where you want them.
