Edit: I'm assuming that you know about the secret glove box compartment, and that the manual isn't there.
To clarify - the BMS reset tells the system that the battery is new (days in service), not the state of charge. The system calculates the state of charge any time the car is locked and the fob is out of range for 8-10 hours.
Of course you don't "have to" reset the BMS, but that leaves me wondering why the process exists, and why Ford designed the system to take into account the battery's days in service. Just sayin'...
No offense taken.
I can't give you a side-by-side comparison, since my only experience is with the OEM-to-MGW change, and it sounds like you can't physically sample the various options, so you'll have to weigh the opinions posted here and decide which way you want to go.

I agree 100%! Mine's on the MT82-D4, and my car will never see a track, but every shift reminds me of why I went with the 'best'. @GilmourD, what if you go for something else just because it's cheaper, then spend the rest of your ownership experience wondering whether you made the right...
If there was a keyhole and a lock with a physical connection, a locksmith would have something to work on. But if the only ways to release the latch are an electrical signal through wires that are not working, or by pulling the emergency release, a locksmith can't help you.
I have no experience with Barton or Steeda (Tri-Ax) shifters, but I will say that no one with an MGW (including me) seems to have any regrets or complaints.

When Gene made mine a few years ago, he was dealing with health issues. His site is still up, but with a disclaimer from 2022 stating that they're not taking any new orders. You might try contacting them for the current status.
The 'XL' means the tire is designed to handle extra load (weight). Not needed for a Mustang.
No spacers or new studs needed for the wheels you specified. SVE will include new tuner lug nuts, which are required with their wheels, but you won't miss the problematic OEM 2-piece nuts at all.
The factory rear wheels are 1/2" wider than the fronts, and the front/rear offsets are also different. The rears can be mounted up front if you use spacers, but then you'd have skinnier wheels in back. Probably not the best setup from a handling perspective.
SVE (LMR) sells many styles in...
As others have said, there's no point to going square unless you also change the wheels. For me, 19x10 wheels (+35 offset) with 275/40 tires is ideal. My car is also PP1 w/ magneride, and the 275/40 is the stock rear tire size. 285/35 has a smaller diameter, so unless you're also lowering the...
