After more troubleshooting I found the clutch is not fully disengaging. If I press the clutch pedal all the way down, move the shifter to any gear and rev the engine, I start smelling clutch.

The taller the tire is, the slower it takes to do a full rotation so your RPM will climb slower than having a smaller tire. On the other hand, taller tires cover more distance when doing a full rotation so your top speed will be higher with a taller tire. Hope this helps.
