I have the 5000 TL and if you watch their tests they lift something like 20K Pounds easily with them so they are rated very conservatively!!

Best garage tools I ever bought.....manual ..floor jacks are stored in outside building now!!

Do the rubber blocks hit the plastic side skirting on the outside of the pinch welds when lifting?

However, be sure when you use them to place the hose connect end to the rear of the car. So when you lift the car will move forward as you lift. Due to the way the work the most weight is to the front. So don't place like post #2 but place like post #4. More support for the front, safer due to angle of the lift. If you look at post #4 you can see what I mean by the angles of the lift arms.
This is correct. I do have mine positioned the wrong way, but I'm careful to balance it properly so there is no shift at all. I lifted my friends Mini the same way and that one wanted to shift forward when pushed from behind, so I had to use a jack stand on the front to ensure stability.

Nice! How much?
It was $1300 when I bought it last year.

I have jacking rails and the blocks touch the side skirts but don't put much pressure on them. I haven't seen any bending of the skirts in my use. If you are lifting from the pinch welds you should get the pinch weld add ons from Quickjack.

As @2017GBGTPP mentioned they just barely touch and I had jacking rails as well but I removed my rails and installed ZL1addons jack pads and they work great, nothing touches

I have the TLX w/ Steeda full-length jacking rails. In the front I use the rubber blocks that came with the Quickjack. In the rear, since it runs longer than the Steeda rails, I use the rubber blocks and these pads for the pinch weld

I think you would be fine with just the TL model. I have the TLX for our SUV.

I got 5000TL from Costco for $1400. Lifts the car way up high, just perfect.

best thing i did was to install a set of transfer bearings! when there down i can roll them around with my foot. never picked them up again. makes adjusting them super easy. get jacking rails or you will shread into the rubber blocks. also make sure they dont stick to the pinch weld if they get stuck ull run em over backing out. 5000 is all u need. i got a harborfreight wooden dolly and bolted the punp to it with caster wheels. been useing it for years!!!

The problem with the quick jack we use on the race car is it is impossible to work under the car with it in place
Can you elaborate more? Trying to understand the post after others have said that it’s good for removing transmissions and to do that, there has to be enough room for maneuvering and R&R, no?

The one we have has bracing in the center of the jack. The pics I see in this thread show an open area in the center. I guess we bought too soon? before the redesign?
