It could be 1 of 3 things that are most common for that type of failure:
1) Since you have a 2018, if the original TB was never replaced under the TSB, you *might* have a chance of getting the repair done under the TSB. You would have to call your local Ford Dealer and inquire...
IIRC; the rear trunk popper is tied into the same harness as the rear cam harness (and with a convertible the antenna).
Point being, that specific harness is problematic because of the constant bending from opening/closing of the trunk lid. If the harness didn’t have enough slack from the...
Popping back up the dash cam thread -
Does anyone have the Thinkware X1000 (Part # TW-X1000D32H)?
This is the one that has both front and rear cams and the front cam has a display w/touchscreen.
Just wondering how the day/night vid quality is and thoughts on its features.
Thanks Tony!
yep, here’s the actual thread with that door alignment doc if anyone needs it in the future:

Summer only tire compound gets softer when the exterior temps are warmer and after driving on them for a few miles; as the tire heats up, the compound gets more pliable or sticky…. The colder the exterior temps, the tire compound becomes much harder.
In cold weather, the surface of the driveway...
That’s what happens when a good deal is posted and most likely the “deal” pricing was incorrect or a mistake… then mass hits occur on the product which throws a flag…. Zap, there goes the find and good deal….
When you unplugged the connector did you check it for any burns or melted area between the pins? You have to look at the face of the connector to see the damages.
If the plugging/unplugging works - then there is either an issue with the connector or the actual unit that folks are replacing.
100% agree with all the above.
There are choices and in some instances, even though the name of the product may not be well known “here”, it’s an equal or superior performing product elsewhere. I’ve seen/read many tire reviews by some of the remaining big national and overseas Car Magazines or...
Then….
There’s other brands of tires at better price points that will and do perform just like the “name brand” for far less…
Problem is, many are stuck on the “name brand” when many of these tire casings are pumped out of many of the same factories with the not so common name brands. Just...
Welcome to the site.
Review the PDF’s and additional links in this thread, it’s probably what you are seeking:

It was close - lamb . . Lima bean, it’s all the same to a mobile device freaking spell/grammar checker that puts what it thinks instead of what you want there…. 😂
Jebeezus - get that shit cleaned up, gonna smell rank in there when that interior starts to heat up…. !! Unless you’re saving them for a later date as fuzzy leftovers …. 😂
Is this a Ford Dealer? They should certainly know how to diagnose/fix that, it’s like Changing Oil 101…. LOL…. If they can’t get that right, sorry to say but maybe find another Ford Dealer (if possible).
Without being near the car, it’s possible the issue is the VCT solenoids, very common for them to start chirping/squealing:

I would also check the A/C compressor, as the front nose...
If the oil is coming out the center of the harmonic balancer past the bolt, then:
- The bolt needs to be removed and sealant reapplied to the bolt (and same should be done with keyway if possible).
If the center was dry and the oil is around the inner perimeter of the seal between the harmonic...
