I have a 2020 base GT with the performance pack 1 option and the brembo brakes are awesome, even though I donā€™t have magneride it feels like itā€™s on rails in the twisties. Dig the manual transmission too.

The car in OPā€™s post would put a whipping on your car

Well aside from also being extremely unique looking Mustang there, a PP definitely helps out

I had one on my old EB, I probably wouldnā€™t have enjoyed it as much without it

Someone needs an eye exam or be schooled in Autos 101 before being allowed to post car advertisements ā€¦

I'm starting to think that added performance bits that change the way the car looks and feels is not always worth it...

I'm getting some high MPG vibes rather than high RPMs from this. :giggle:

We all make mistakes, but this one is funnier than most!
When I purchased my 22 GT Premium I wasn't really concerned about performance pack or not due to the fact I knew I would be replacing wheels, tires, suspension, etc, not saying PP cars aren't set up to perform better than a base, but if you plan to mod it anyway what's the point, you pay extra just to replace with higher end options. So I would say it depends on what your long term goals are?

Agree. My 23 GT Premium has 20ā€ wheels and a 3:55 rear end. That gear ratio with a 10 speed is just as fast as a Pp 6speed because of the lower trans gearing. The other items will be replaced in time with performance parts.
