Will see what muffler shop says. On my '16 put dynomax bullets behind the H & it killed all rasp. I'd like to put them closer to rear & not hack H up. Really just want Acceletec off. Unhappy with sound now at cruising.

Take a look at the cherry bombs. Some modles of those have the same honey comb or cheese grater internals.

Seriously depressed driving my Bullitt with that acceletec on. Almost feel like it’s damaging the car. It feels so much more restricted in power after the h pipe.
Counting down the downs before my Switchfire arrives. Also got 2 vibrant 12” bottles just in case I don’t like the rasp.

a lot of people have guided me towards the switchfire because they say it’s the smoothest sound you can get with stock exhaust. My h pipe seemed a little too choppy for my liking.

The switchfire was great with LT's(cats), stock AB. once supercharged it changed the sound in a not so good way.

Yeh I’ll be leaving mine stock with just the switchfire resonator delete.
the H pipe wasn’t so good sounding but I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I’ve got a European model Bullitt.
stupid EU regulations means we have to have a GPF filter before the cats. So it’s more restrictive than US models which probably accounts to the way they sound

We must have had a bad batch of acceletec resonators or something ???
No way any place would make these and put them on the market like that.
mine actually sounds like a UFO hovering down the street .
When you get on the gas it gets quieter.
In track mode with the window closed I can’t even hear it.

Mine just started that odd noise. Only when cruising at low rpms. Like a whomp whomp whomp. Car may actually be quieter than stock now.
