Gotcha; I have taken the bumper off the 2010/2013 and 2015 and have not had any issues.

I think the important thing people need to look at is their goals. It doesn't matter how big the core is, it matters what power level the core is rated for and how much power the user ultimately wants to make. Otherwise you may find yourself buying a new intercooler down the road.Since the MAP intercooler has the same cooling diameter as many others I think that not having to remove the front bumper is a solid benefit even though it is not a "must have feature".
Just took my bumper off this week, there is no realignment issues as it's all clips that pop back into place. I installed the Levels FMIC and it does a night and day difference from charge temps being much lower to throttle response being much better as well as consistent power.I know its not difficult but on all the cars I have worked on (Mine and Friends) there was a 30-40% shot of it not being aligned perfectly. Now I am speaking about german cars, specifically the GTI which I work on frequently and VW uses plastic tabs that tend to bend when putting the bumper back on.
Since I have not removed the bumper from a FORD this may be a different experience but I can only speak from my recent jobs.

To remove the lower grill did you have to cut the front bumper by the fog lights or is it just how the pic was taken? Plus it looks sexy

Biggest by dimensions maybe, but most efficient on the market based on what?MMR Intercoolers back in stock!!!! They are a direct fit and the largest and most efficient intercoolers on the market!

Based on information stated by other manufacturers from their test vehicles vs data collected from our test vehicles when tested at similar atmospheric conditions. Its no coincidence that the largest core is also the most efficient - after all - it should be or we have done a terrible job of building and designing it! MMR in fact is so confident in its intercooler efficiency that we will give your money back if you find a more efficient Mustang Ecoboost intercooler :clap2:Biggest by dimensions maybe, but most efficient on the market based on what?
wow that's bold!Based on information stated by other manufacturers from their test vehicles vs data collected from our test vehicles when tested at similar atmospheric conditions. The bumper also blocks the radiator - but likewise is no reason for concern, a true heat exchanger will shed heat regardless of its location and is influenced primarily by the ambient air that surrounds it. Much like the heat sinks found on amplifiers and other electrical equipment that do not have any airflow or fans.Hey everybody loves a money back guarantee and you do have a very competitive price
But with that size isn't blocking the airflow to the radiator a concern? Most of the surface area of that big IC is blocked by the bumper anyway also so it seems like overkill/a lot of added weight over the stock IC
I'm sold (in due time)!Based on information stated by other manufacturers from their test vehicles vs data collected from our test vehicles when tested at similar atmospheric conditions. We just put one on our car. In dyno environment with a small fan pointed at it, we saw a 70 degree difference between the Levels unit and stock. More cool be makin' more power.Anybody post the Level IC? http://levelsperformance.com/collec...g-ecoboost-direct-bolt-on-intercooler-upgrade
It shows sold out on the web site...?MMR Intercoolers back in stock!!!! They are a direct fit and the largest and most efficient intercoolers on the market!

Maybe a stupid question but I saw the link to the Mishimoto pre sale thread in the classifieds for their FMIC and it gives two measurements, one for the core and one with the end tanks so what is the industry standard when providing measurements? Just the core or with the end tanks?I was on the fence between Levels FMIC/MAP FMIC and did some looking at the two sizes:
Levels: 20x11x3.5=770 for surface area
MAP: 26x6x5=780 for surface area
Looks like the are very close, just a different way of doing it.
Went with MAP at the end but I can't see anyone going wrong with either company.
