I was fish tailing on a very wet freeway this morning--and not on purpose. Pulled over and noticed both my rear tires were completely bald. They looked like racing slicks.

How is this possible with only 4K miles: I never smoke my tires but get squirrelly sometimes in wet parking lots.

WTF? Bald in 4K?? Am I the only person with the problem?

Go to the dealer and have them check your alignment. My last two brand new cars came from the factory with bad alignments.

I dont think alignment would do that kind of damage.

OP is claiming even wear/balding as racing slicks.

What kind of tires are they?
