As we offer for every other vehicle, once our Intercooler becomes available we will gladly submit it for INDEPENDANT testing against any other unit in regards to:
-AIT Drop
-Heat soak suppression
-Pressure Drop
-Build Quality

as well as how these parameters affect performance of the car:clap2:

Here's a pic of our F30 BMW intercooler, the Ecoboost will have a 3" taller face and 6 more charge and ambient rows:D

Are there many shots of a front mount installed? Iam curious how much you can see behind the grill.

I'm curius about the big part at the bottom of the intercooler. I haven't seen any intercoolers like that before.

Also should add the Full Race IC includes a really good looking Charge pipe to replace the soft rubber stock piece in that price as well.

I'm curius about the big part at the bottom of the intercooler. I haven't seen any intercoolers like that before.
We developed the Stepped Core concept back in 2006 for the BMW 335i, and were granted a provisional patent pending for multidimensional cooling. before this intercoolers were 2 dimensional ie either tall and flat or short and thick. we go 3 dimensional and utilize the captive area available to us this larger core volume allows us the ability to really play with fin densities as well as ambient and charge row fin heights to maximize what the particular platforms ecu and hardware wants to see. Since we use totally custom cores and custom cast end tanks(not off the shelf coolers that happen to fit) we have 100% control over the end product on every level. We are well into development of this part and will post engineering drawings of the Ecoboost Intercooler this week. We always release our parts fully tested in house and encourage our end users to perform INDEPENDANT testing as well! Our customer base is generally more educated and can expect EXACTLY what we state in our product releases!

We will also be releasing an optional silicone charge pipe kit(will work on any stock geometry intercooler) with high quality TurboSeal clamps.
Shown below is our Abarth 500 Intercooler, Silicone charge pipes and TurboSeal clamps.

Not sure if this will post correctly but I was confused about the bottom part too until I looked at some other cars they make intercoolers for.

BTW ATM. I think it would be beneficial if you showed a different angle so people understand your product better. I'm really interested in seeing how your intercooler compares to more convential designs.

So I'm thinking it's bigger at the bottom for heats soaking purposes right?

Ultimately I think they are trying to utilize all the available volume for a particular space that they can. More volume should mean better cooling to a certain point.

Yup this^^ Unlike the large tall IC's that actually mount forward of the stock IC leaving the stock IC space empty, the ATM IC Uses the stock IC space as well as the space in front of the IC. Imagine it as a stock IC and a tall front mount all in one.
