Exactly. Don’t advertise them from a vendor page. Have someone run the parts down to a machine shop, figure out a prototype, and do a group buy.
Yes, like 20 or so and don't market them for future sale.. multimatic would not care unless you were to start cranking them out without limits.

I would take that chance.

In fact, whoever winds up with the mounts, ler me have them for a little while to have them replicated. I used to shoot machine guns for a large manufacturer that had a large production capacity.

One step at a time. First someone willing has to get their hands on the mounts

I would say screw the patent. As long as you are not mass producing them, you won't have any issue. A few in a lot and nobody is going to care.
Yikes. There is never a justifiable reason to engage in patent infringement.

I agree probably best just to make a few minor adjustments such as slight thickness increase or minimal design change to keep it just different enough from the multimatic set up.

Then there you go. Its dead
As a Canadian, whose Country is on its way to communism, I suspect patent laws will no longer be applicable here.

I can likely lead the process with no repercussions

As I offered before. Get me the mounts. I will reverse engineer them and offer them with improvements. That is how it’s done.

Copying and selling a patented item is a no go for any company and I feel it should be.

Offering an improved version is what started the aftermarket.
