Yeah that tax on eBay is some ! Why the hell should I pay taxes on someone’s used products? I can buy into it for new items from a store but for an individual seller? Government overreach at its finest.

I would say screw the patent. As long as you are not mass producing them, you won't have any issue. A few in a lot and nobody is going to care.

Exactly. Don’t advertise them from a vendor page. Have someone run the parts down to a machine shop, figure out a prototype, and do a group buy.
