For a couple reasons, I decided to swap back to the iridium plugs this afternoon. When I pulled the platinums, the passenger side certainly didn't look like the drivers side.

So apart from the obvious valve cover leak, what are your thoughts/opinions on what I can learn looking at these plugs?

Passenger side left, front of engine is towards bottom of photo.

You're looking at the #4 plug (passenger side rear), right?

Long story with that one. I messed with it a bit, so yeah I agree.

What about the oil on the top of the threads on the passenger side bank?

Might not have been torqued properly. Hard to say but I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

From the pictures, they look good to me from the side. Make sure you torque them IAW OEM specs. Clean, Install and Have fun.

There's a thread running in the maintenance section about spark plugs and anti-sieze. I'm gonna use a small dab, no matter what. No amount of source information will change that. If you've evern owned a 5.4 Triton or earlier 4.6,, it's engrained in you to use a small dab. A small touch will prevent 10X the issues it'll ever cause.

I thought on another thread, you mentioned you use a small amount of anti-sieze on aluminum heads, right?
I wouldn't personally, tapered seat makes it hard to overtorque and the nickel plating on ngk plugs prevents corrosion.

But of course everyone has their own way of doing stuff, it's not gonna blow up if you choose to use it lol

For me. If I was removing the spark plugs to inspect/replace on a regular basis, like when racing, I would use a small amount of anti-seize to help prevent gaulding of the head threads , BUT I would have to adjust my torque value accordingly.
