Which Spark Plug?

Hi all, looking to do spark plugs on my 2017 GT350 soon, (I'm at 47000miles), and I can't seem to find the correct replacement plug. Looking through the forums I found that they replaced the SP-519 with SP-548, but the Ford parts site also has a SP-590 and NGK has options as well, (LTR6DP13). Is there a plug that everyone agrees is the best option?? Also 11ft-lb is the correct torque right?

Edit: also noticed that American Muscle, LMR, and CJ only have the SP548 as the only option.
