Great video showing how it works. Would you happen to have a video with the bearings in place? I don't recall if you had bearings before.OK, so I've got all the corners back on my car with the polyurethane bushings. I haven't gotten it on the ground, yet, so no driving. While I was putting it back together, I made a video about the how the suspension moves with the bushings in. It's pretty smooth. You can feel the drag of the bushing grease, but their isn't any outrageous bind or stiction. It's just feels like you're moving it through syrup.
Anyway, here's the vid.
What's with the Race Keeper pop-up that covers what's going on, starting at about 1:08?OK, so I've got all the corners back on my car with the polyurethane bushings. Mine doesn't have a pop-up, I can't help you there. What's with the Race Keeper pop-up that covers what's going on, starting at about 1:08?

I don't have anything close to the tools to do the bushing job. Instead of pulling my hair out, I had a shop do the bushing R&R.how was the actual bushing removal and install? Tricks you learned?
I'm sure there's a certain amount of this that exists, there has to be. Having said that, when you're moving the suspension yourself, it's about impossible to tell the difference between any bushing stick & just the weight of the assembly. I've definitely felt spherical suspensions which were 'tighter' (in a bad way). I expect everything to kind of settle in & find it's happy spot after driving for an hour or so.Off axis stichion?
Ford Performance toe knuckle bearings. The only stock bushing I have left in my suspension is in the rear upright where the toe-link connects. I've never seen another option for that point. Is there one?
That's the jack. What's with the Race Keeper pop-up that covers what's going on, starting at about 1:08?

I'm familiar with a camel toe and a moose knuckle, but I'm going to have to figure out what a toe knuckle is. It sounds kinda different.Ford Performance toe knuckle bearings.
Knuckle toe bearings, if you prefer:I'm familiar with a camel toe and a moose knuckle, but I'm going to have to figure out what a toe knuckle is. It sounds kinda different.
Isn’t that in pp1 already?Ford Performance toe knuckle bearings.
Yes, but only on one end of the toe link. This bearing is actually pressed into the knuckle itself, rather than the toe link.Isn’t that in pp1 already?
