What kind of surface were you doing this on? When I think England, I think cobblestone. Maybe it's because you were on the wrong side of the road..

it was 63 F, dry road surface, smooth. I was at about 300 feet above sea level.

Give drag mode a try, but really it's all about the tires. You don't have to be an experienced driver to make an A10 car go fast. Just mash the go pedal and let the nannies do all the work

Don't discount the fact that in addition to everything everyone else has mentioned, these aren't their cars. I know they've repeatedly talked about running acceleration tests in the S2000 and launching the car at like 8,500 rpm which only the wildest owners would ever do repeatedly to their own personal cars.

On the street my car will do 2.4-2.6 0 to 30 Mph. 0-30 takes right at 60 feet.

On the drag strip i typically run 1.9 or 1.8 60 foot times.

Sure, hot tires will help. 63 degrees is not ideal conditions for the PS4S, plus your car should be making all the horsepowers at that temp and altitude (minus whatever DA was)

Try doing 10 in a row from the same spot. Your wheel spin will put rubber down and traction will go up the more runs you do.

@2021 Mach 1 I was just thinking the same about the tires being heated enough after seeing that it was 63 degrees. Great for making power, but not for the tires.
