Are stock M1s capable of burn out? I've tried different modes Drag,S+,track and in each mode when I try to start from high rpm (5000 is max for launch control) rear wheels will do 1-2 full rotation spinning then rpm drops to around 1500 wheel rotation is synchronized with road and then car starts to accelerate. With this "feature" some fancy local hyundai with 200hp is able to leave me behind from the start, this thing with huge rpm drop drives me nuts on a car that is considered to be "sporty". Is it related to EU M1s been completely wiped out in regard to performance? I seriously suspected that engine is not making 460hp, so I visited 2 dynos with one been FIA certified or smth, both showed very close results of 460hp(with torque curve been absolutely flat at 520nm for about 2.5k rpm) for engine and 408hp at the wheels regardless of engine mode been used (S+, drag and track were tested). The point is any nasty I30N, old bmw e60 on manual, even ecoboost @2016 stang I've met were able to do burnouts and they start from stand still faster even though they don't have nearly close amount of power...

Does someone experienced drop in power upon attempt of burn outs or start from stand still?

Turn traction control off. You'll sit there spinning all day.
So then what "drag" and track modes are doing? I mean in those modes there is indicator on instrument panel showing that it is OFF...

It's not fully off, it's just desensitized to allow a bit more spinning before interfering. Drag mode is meant to achieve the best launch, and spinning your wheels is counterintuitive to that.

To turn off advanced trac, hold the traction control button up for 8 seconds until you see the adv trac off popup. Even with track mode, adv trac will still prevent things such as burnouts. Doing a burnout doesn't guaranty you won't still get left at the line.

On the video of i30n and e60 starting I've seen more wheel spinning on wet asphalt, my M1 seems to be synchronizing front and rear wheel through brake usage on rear wheels and power drop, so while other cars are flying forward I'm like standing still and fight with brakes, like this launch control is absolutely useless as it makes no difference whether I start from 5000rpm or throttle it from 0% to 100% after green light...

Fords launch control and TC seems to be severely behind the competition.

To do a burnout, disable traction and stability control as mentioned and you can sit there all day. To launch, forget the launch control for now and just focus on the fundamentals. You can have full traction control on or off but start launching in the 2K-3K range instead of dumping the clutch at 5K+. Once you start getting it you can go from there but your current approach is bringing in all sorts of protection systems from traction to clutch/transmission management.

lol false. it'll hook and book with good tires.

burnout mode is easy but you have to make sure of a few things

1. do all of this with the car in 1st gear
2. wheel has to be straight and on level ground
3. follow the instructions, you know the front brakes are locked when you hear the VERY LOUD hydraulic noise right in front of you where the BMC is.
4. floor it or drop the clutch and floor it, they will smoke WAY faster than you think
5. hit OK when you're done and let it roll out

the amount of smoke produced will be astonishing BTW.

So tested different modes of ESC-off, confirmed you need to disable it in order to burn the tires and driving mode seems to be not affecting it at all (not by the factor where you feel difference in how wheels are controlled on startup). Now usage of launch control started to make sense.

So for anyone struggling to start from stand still - you need to turn off ESC by holding corresponding button for 5+s, then the control of start is done by your foot.
