I want to donate but the organizer says the money can't be used for that unless congress passes a bill (HR 7207) which has been in committee since Nov 30th. So not much chance to get thru house and senate in this congress and I can't see Schumer even letting it be voted on in the next senate. I can't find anywhere what happens to the money if the bill doesn't pass which seems very unlikely it won't.

I did for the symbolism and the hopes that someone that matters will notice or possibly get air time.

Not a big deal to do without $50-100 for this.

Worst case scenario is you get the money back eventually if not used.

Anyone really FOR THE WALL should do this unless they can't afford to be without the funds.

She now has legal status, and married to an American born husband with a 14 year old American born son. She works two jobs, pays taxes and still can't vote. How will the wall stop immigration when the crossing the border in a remote location is not the best way to get in?

It won't stop all incursions. Just like locking your door won't prevent all home invasions or burglaries. It's primarily a deterrent for the thousands who just walk across the border now. For those people it was the easiest way in. Don't fall for the talking points.
