I enjoy the national Speed videos they have shown no gain and even a loss with some mods. Seem quite fair to me

Of course they’re going to show favorable dyno results and use STD instead of sae, with no mention of time/humidity/temp etc.
As long as it is same day it doesn't matter. No one looks at numbers anyway we look at curves and the headers gained everywhere, like I thought they would.

I wouldn't say no one. Lot's of dumbasses look at nothing but peak power and torque numbers. Curve never comes into their thinking.

To the OP, your question has, up until this point, been assumed that you are talking about a Coyote. I see in your personal information the only car you have listed is a V6. Are you considering headers on the V6 car, or are we actually talking about a Coyote powered car?

Does anyone know if the OEM cats will fit inside the Mustang after putting headers On? Or do I need a truck to take them home lol?

They'll fit pretty easily. Driver's side is the bulkiest due to the manifold being one-piece, but with the back seats down it will definitely go. But I've also managed to fit four wheels in mine...

So I’m deciding if long tube headers are worth the price N/A ? For the price of headers and having a shop install I can get my car wrapped a different color… I do like how they make the car louder and a little HP. Do you guys think it’s worth the price ? Or spend it elsewhere ?
Here is my opinion. Just my opinion. I have had a '15, '16, '18, 3 '19s(2 were Bullitts), a 21 Mach 1, and now a '21 GTCS. Some autos, some sticks. I have put headers on 2, blowers on 3. The absolute best bang for your buck is a blower. Ess has a nice kit for under 6K and then 700 for a tune. Headers make the car very loud and no too much add'l HP/tq for the money especially if you are having a shop do it. An SCT or some other 93 tune will not add a lot of top end but gives a lot of tq/hp under the curve 2k to 5k. Then keep the tuner for the blower down the road.

If you add the headers then blower and tune...... best of all worlds.

optimal collector length, start at 12", take a grease pencil, mark down the side of the collector go for a rip. Where the grease stops melting, that's the optimum length.

adjust to your taste, longer more bottom end, shorter more top end.

time consuming, but that's the price you pay.

I port a ton of 4 wheeler heads. I always ask for the head pipe exactly for that reason, I will be checking my SPs
