At $765 it's similarly priced to the Mishimito. Is this is a better option? In the install video, I saw the radiatior mounted downwards parallel to the belly pan.
I can't find data on the BTU/hr of the Mishimoto. The big upside for this layout is you don't shadow the water/radiator. It has it's own air supply. It's also probably easier to box.

I like boardkat have been running externally plumbed MT-82 coolers on 3 different cars 2011,2016 and 2018 GTs on track for a total of 40,000+ track miles without a single MT-82 transmission that has failed. I have had 2 clutch failures and 3 throwout bearing failures over that period but the transmissions have performed flawlessly. It can and should be done on any serious track car.

My kishi oil coller lower grille
My trans cooler for 10speed up (setrab 934)
If you position the oil cooler flat be sure you have an exit umder in the splitter panel.

Ok so. Already pubblished. But repeat.
A great way to buy ti e fpr your diff cooling issue is a leaf blower and a bottle of water.
Poor some water in front of the blower and spray the diff. Aftrr few mins the temps are drastically reduced and u will be buying time for next session.

I’ve heard the leaf blower, but not the bottle of water. Interesting. So just dump the water on the ground and position the leaf blower to spray from the ground to the rear diff?

I think I'd use a sopping wet towel held on with binder clips, with or without ice. The point is water evaporation draws heat out better than just ambient air.

I have a Ryobi battery powered mister fan that someone recommended previously. It's a bit tall to fit under the car though without lifting it. I was thinking maybe use my Ryobi battery powered sprayer and leaf blower combined. Fill the sprayer tank with ice water and set it up to spray on the diff while the blower goes as well.

Today I made a cardboard template to help position my fan to the wheel chocks. There is a 3" deep notch in the edge to locate the fan. I want the chocks and fan on the ground for max clearance and so that they don't shift when backing up.

The diffuser just clears the fan when backing up.

The cardboard folds up and goes in the trunk for track day.

Very good approach and at the lowest and non invasive approach that I have seen.
