No sequential is completely another trans. Is not auto. Is only paddle shifting or lever. It is a manual with straight gears that u can upshift and downshifting without clutching. (Expect for when u go from neutral and 1st)
It is a big project. And mainly track oriented.
What i would do if I...
Side poat.
Just swapped my pre10speed to
Sequential Using OEM 10SPEED PCM.
dynoed today. So far so good. Still working on downshifting. But it is great.
If you have the possibility is something u should look At.
For the buffering I dont know. Again no my car
But also no windows either and drive with helmets anyway :)
I can ask Mark.
It is dry carbon. If you think about is very similar design than the f1 ones. And they go waaay faster than us :) (i mean not that much 🤪)
Hello guys
As some of you may know, I'm mid-conversion to a Holinger sequential, (too good of opportunity to pass!)
so this unit needs to go to a good home.
**Transmission specs / mileage:** 1,200 miles, perfect condition, upgraded fluid (~$3,500).
**Mods included:**
- **Suncoast Level 2...
By the way. That is not my car. Is Mark's. Mine has the oem mirror :)
But I did consider them for places like willow springs where speeds are very high
I did an analysis 4 months ago about them.
I'll copy here
Note. One with 150mph max ( my car) and one for 165mph (Mark)
**SCENARIO 1: 150 MPH...

Good morning all
Im installing a new valvebody. The part# ending -D valvebody with upgraded flow and other update directly from ford (replacing the -B )
I will install
It of course with the thermostat bypass by SPEEDITALIARACING.COM
Being a new valve body requires a new calibration of the PCM...
130f to 200f at the track is really good.
My advice is still To tape the top center grille (in case of oem 2018+ mustang cooler) to avoid airflow to warm up the fluid. And once you are at the track younprobably at 100f . Keep in mind that even in oem situation the fluid starts cold anyway. It...
I use the thermostat bypass by SPEEDITALIARACING.COM and it works very well.
But in cold ambient temps u may have issue on going up with temps. My personal recommendation is to tape the inlet area of the cooler for the first session. This will be enough to warm up enough the trans in case of...
I did together also with a fast release splitter kit for mustang.
they are titanium skids, ( also cool cause it sparks like F1 :) )
on SPEEDITALIARACING.COM
although for this application i would suggest this : AMAZON LINK
I use them in my street GT500. they work great
