FYI a deer strike is covered by comprehensive insurance, not collision. It shouldn’t result in any rate increases for you so might be worth taking a look at that.Hit a deer last weekend, damage to the door and the rear quarter. Decided to not deal with insurance and the already absurd rate increases going on, I'll need to replace the driver door at some point and I think I can get lucky enough with a paintless dent repair for the rear quarter.
But on to better news, doing my first autocross tomorrow (broken mirror and all!). I'll know a few of the guys there and it'll only be a few miles from my house, so I had to do it. Looking forward to the instructors and getting a feel for the culture.
