Took mustang out today. 29 degrees this AM but warming up. I had the SERVICE SPARE TIRE KIT come on but it s easy to re set thru vehicle settings.

I installed an airaid filter since I'm stuck on the stock tune lol. Fits pretty well. I'm sure it did nothing but why not?

I have two aFe dry filters, so I can just swap in a clean one when needed. I took the OEM filter out as soon as I got the car, so I really have no way to compare stock vs. aftermarket. The clips are very "robust" with the aFe filter, but I like to think that's an indication of a tight seal, which is a good thing.

Yeah, mine were almost too easy to clip on like it's not sealing great. I always have such bad luck with any sort of modifications lol

Could be. Supposedly it's fixed though, and they only started working on it late Monday. I'm guessing cam sensor or VVT actuator. Dunno yet. Haven't had time to go get it.

Update: Picked it up. Runs fine. Tech notes say “perform vct debris clean and retest”. They also changed the oil because it was due soon.

Awww, of course that's all they did. From what I've seen on here, that almost never works long term and vct solenoids are in your future lol
