Took it for a drive around town to try to get the catalyst smog monitor to work per instructions for completing a drive cycle. Still off DAMMIT!!

SVE MHP1 19x10 installed. Went from 255/40r19 Falken FK520L to 285/35r19 Falken FK510. I feel the lighter rims allow the suspension to work better. I briefly drove it, some roads I always travel have a significantly smoother ride. I'm done with mods at this point, but maybe in the future try to get a GT350 or GT500 style rear diffuser for my quad tips

Got an estimate from the bodyshop to fix my car. A friend works there and they are the bodyshop that do Ford's paint warranty repairs here in PR.

The estimate is around $9K. Parts prices here are ridiculous. Each taillight is around $1,600, bumper around $1,200 and, take a seat, decklid trim around $1K.

Obviously my friend told me that he is going to take care of me. My plan is to do a GT500 rear diffuse swap in the process.

Nope, no drive modes. I haven't found anything that triggers the nannies when advance trac is full off (supposedly).

There is a sport mode in base cars, hit the advance trac button twice and you go into sport.
It loosens up traction and stability a bit - but its still on

Took mustang out today. 29 degrees this AM but warming up. I had the SERVICE SPARE TIRE KIT come on but it s easy to re set thru vehicle settings.

All cleaned up. Finally washed the dirt and snow off. And no more wrenches, screwdrivers and wire brushes stuck in the fender. Last week, my battery was done in by the 6F cold temps. But, my original battery lasted seven years! Corrosion was so bad on the terminals. Long story, but in getting the battery replaced, some tools got lost to the void in the inner fender. But, my friend and I got them out finally yesterday.
