Took it up east canyon for a nice drive. Fall colors are already coming out. There was quite the nice backdrop with this storm coming in...I probably do this at least yearly but this is the coolest shot I've been able to snag.

(also that road is sexual to drive)

Very nice!

Man, if I had a place like this to drive mine...I'd have pics like this as my desktop background on constant rotation.

It’s all good, it’s not granite … :giggle:

I’ve not been married for 2 years yet, but we have been together for 24 …

She is very tolerant of me, but I do make sure I clean up / put everything away / make everything tidy etc afterwards.

I regularly have car bits in the oven and sink, and that doesn’t include my other hobbies that have invaded the house over the years.

I’ve even got a turbo, inlet manifold, fuel pumps, ecu, injectors etc etc in storage under the bed. If we keep her toys under the bed, then why not mine … ?

I’d like to see you put that in the clothes dryer …. and …. report back …. 🤣

They really narrow those things down, don't they?.. floor liners, front license plate brackets and all.

yea, I d call it a 1 of 39, but yet only 3 with the safe smart option. Weird the way they break it down I think.

Finally managed to get my hands on a clutch pedal extender in the U.K. (thanks @Corporate_Rebel) :sunglasses:

I removed the anodising and added a brushed finish, and as it’s going on a RHD (so the bolt heads are now on show rather than hidden), I also replaced the black steel bolts with some stainless bolts that I polished up, and spaced the top bolt out as it was hidden down the bore.

Fitted :

It matches the existing pedals quite well, along with the aftermarket foot rest, and the other anodised bits that I had previously done in two tone :

Where did you get that elegant lighter billet delete? I have searched for a 2015 Mustang specificaly but no answer. Maybe is this an universal piece that fits perfectly? Thank you very much.

Someone did this for a 2019 pp2 and it was making the rounds on various Facebook groups with people making fun of it, lol. Corvette math and all. But I don't see why it isn't interesting to know where your car falls among its brethren.

Crazy how the manual take rate is under 1/3

Wonder if there is a way to hook up with your identical twin. And punch him out for keeping you from a one of one. LoL

A bit tacky :

But quite nicely made :

Looking a bit better :

Then the same finish as the starter button (and messing around with a gel decal) :

Looking good (and matching the Steeda hood lever that I modified - just in the background) :

The red one matches the starter button quite well :

Future plans for the spare black and red one - try some engraving and (body) colour coded paint fill :like:

As in the print (as these are just a cigarette lighter blanking plug) ?

Simply flatted it off with wet n dry and then spun them on a 3M pad (green) to put the brushed / turned finish on them) :like:

They were only cheap and they came from Amazon U.K. - the link is dead now, but the description should get you close enough to find an equivalent listing :

If I recall correctly, they were also available in blue (and with other logos).

I did approach 5 Spurs about making Mustang specific engraved versions. It seemed like a good idea to me, but they weren’t enthusiastic …

Hope you get sorted :like:

It's fantastic. What a good idea you had with brushing. So far the closest thing I have found is this. At least I know from your experience that they are compatible with the diameter of the Mustang's lighter. thank you so much.
