With the mods you've already done, my pick is the GT500. That hood stays true (er) to the original body lines, which to my eye do not need to be changed unless there's a functional reason.
Not on your list is the Shelby Hertz hood, which is my favorite of all. I only mention it in case you...
I think I *may* be getting a little desensitized to the styling of the S650....finally. I'm not in the market for a new Mustang, but if I did end up with an S650 there are a few exterior tweaks I'd make (black taillight panel would be first, and appropriate rear spoiler).

Taste is subjective for sure. Having struggled with stripe questions myself, I like the stock stripes on the S650s and actually considered doing something similar on mine. Ended up with the widest and highest contrast stripes I could find to break up a sea of dark gray.

To others' point, Circle K in Spring Branch (area in Houston) had this problem within the past few days. They're currently trying to make it right for customers. Saw the report yesterday on the local news and the sad part was that an Uber driver lost use of his car and his only source of...
I agree with everyone else here, do with your car exactly what you want although I understand soliciting opinions. Sometimes others have seen something you haven't.
With that said, personally I'd try to replicate this look - matte or shiny black larger (what?!) hood stripe and higher side...
I realize my situation is different not having the auto or magneride, but I'm emotionally attached to track mode in mine. I immediately go straight to it as soon as I start it. The only thing it does is straighten out the throttle response, stiffen the steering a bit, and open up the active...
