Question about the GT hood vents. I see 2 wires going to them under the insulation. Are they functional in some way? I think I saw a post saying they were but what are the wires for...is there something that opens and closes by thermostat or some other mechanism?
Mainly I'm wondering because every time I wash the car or every time it rains some sort of pocket or something fills up inside there and the trapped water blows out on the windshield for a few minutes when you reach speeds of about 55 to 60 or so.
No big deal ...just wondering if there is a way to prevent that.
Thanks
