  1. S550 Rear Differential Mount Bolts - ISSUES & RESOLUTIONS: Pics!

Hello Kelly, Getting ready to install these stock bushing replacement bolts. Just so I know before I get started, do I have to drop the subframe in either the front or rear to get these bolts in? Looking at some of the pictures in this thread it seems maybe I don't have to drop the front...

Thanks Kelly I will call in next week.
  4. S550 Rear Differential Mount Bolts - ISSUES & RESOLUTIONS: Pics!

Hello Kelly, I think I remember awhile back you said you might make a through bolt kit for the stock GT bushings...like it would be part RH018 or something. Don't see that on your website. Are there any plans to sell something like that? I use my GT as daily driver and did not like the noise...
  5. Steeda Fixed Valved Pro-Action Shocks & Struts (2015-2019)

Ok I didn't know they made such as thing. I think it would be a 19 mm. I think the sizes listed in the instruction sheet are not correct. "Using a 22mm wrench and an 11mm wrench tighten the nut on the strut shaft to the 70ft-lbs." I watched the video from CJ Pony parts install the...
  6. Steeda Fixed Valved Pro-Action Shocks & Struts (2015-2019)

Hello TJ, I just received and installed the front ProAction non-adjustable struts also. I have a question. What kind of wrench are people using to reach down in the top strut mount hole to tighten it to 70 ft-lbs as the instructions say? I have a wrench with opened end and swivel ratchet and...
  7. Steeda Fixed Valved Pro-Action Shocks & Struts (2015-2019)

Just installed the Steeda rear pro-action fixed valve this weekend on my GT PP. Stock springs. Pretty easy install...took me about 1.25 hrs. wheels up to wheels down. Really happy with them...stiffer than stock but I think these are perfect for daily driver. I have only one very small...
  8. Question about Warranty work

Thanks for the replies. I was thinking about returning to stock tune and putting the original air box back in because if they are fixing the rear camera and the door latch recall there should be no reason to hook in to the computer. Not seeing a CAI and not hooking into the computer means they...
  9. Question about Warranty work

I am taking my 2015 GT in to the dealer for the door lock recall fix and a rear camera problem. Located in California. I have a Steeda CAI with SCT X4 tune. Does anyone think I should take off the CAI and return to stock before going in to dealer. I'm thinking I should not bother because...
  10. GT Brembo Brake Pad Advice

Thanks for the tip. Since I already paid them and since they said they would replace for free if they squeak, I am going to let them go ahead and replace so that I still have their guarantee. But if the new ones squeak I will just do the grease thing myself and see how it goes.
  11. GT Brembo Brake Pad Advice

Thanks for the replies. If I don't go back to OEM I might try your grease suggestion.
  12. GT Brembo Brake Pad Advice

I mainly need them just for street and if aftermarkets can perform close to OEM then I would like to reduce the dust factor. Thanks for the advice. I may think on this and just go with OEM again. No squeaking is better than dust and my OEM's did not squeak.
  13. GT Brembo Brake Pad Advice

Needed to replace my 2015 GT Brembo disk pads. Had a local auto place do it and was lined up to replace them with Centric StopTech Semi Metallic part 17920. Got to the appointment and found out they could not get them. Instead they had some more expensive TRW Ceramic pads so I let them talk...
  14. Scam dealership service?

Here's an even bigger joke about dealer service. Since I bought my 2015 GT I have never taken it back to my dealer. I have been rotating tires myself and getting oil changed every 4000 to 5000 miles with 100% synthetic. Car runs great in my opinion. I had to get new tires at 24k and got a...
  15. S550 Rear Differential Mount Bolts - ISSUES & RESOLUTIONS: Pics!

Thanks, I'll be looking for the RH018 link and ready to get those as soon as you have them. Nice to have a pre-packaged deal without having to order up stuff all over the place.
  16. S550 Rear Differential Mount Bolts - ISSUES & RESOLUTIONS: Pics!

So these work with stock bushings also? Just want to make sure! Let us know when you have a link to buy. Couldn't find them on your site just yet. Thanks!!
  17. Brake Pads Sticking

This is common I would assume. Usually happens to me after driving in rain and then leaving car un-driven for a couple days or more. Big clunk noise. I disabled hill assist from the get-go so I don't think that will help. With a manual trans I don't like the idea of not using the parking...
  18. Who DOESN'T have the vibration? Reassure a prospective buyer.

GT, PP - no vibration at all. 29,000 + miles
  19. Borla S type axle back vs SLP Loudmouth 2 axle back

Yes I see you are right. Different pipe size. That explains it. I found the parts are LH pipe = 55628 and RH pipe = 55629. Can't find them listed separately for sale on Borla web site. OP: sorry to veer off topic. I know you are wanting to compare Borla with SLP. I'll email David at Borla...
  20. Borla S type axle back vs SLP Loudmouth 2 axle back

My fault, I stated that wrong to begin with, pipes under the axle. But yes I found the pipes listed for the V6 and they look suspiciously close to the exact pipes required for the Mustang GT. But if you look through the install docs which also list the part # for each separate piece you will...
