After having had my bumper on and off more times than I care to remember, another tip is to just spray the tab area with some wd40 before pulling on them. It helps them pop out a little easier.

We are still having a track day, just not Mustang specific and no free lunch. :). We didn’t have enough (zero) advance registrations and opened it up to all cars.

When mine started to get louder it became more obvious what the the problem was - exhaust leak at the header. It seems the rear primary on the driver's side decided to crack the weld at the flange....Stainless Works headers.
I'd still go with any other tuner, BAMA has already lied to you at least once. Why would you EVER REMOTELY consider staying with a tuner that lies to you?
It's a little late, but that works for more track time. The FIRM opened up both Saturday and Sunday this weekend for track days. Sat there are only two signed up and Sunday just 1.

I've tried several different 'sleeved' sockets and none of them fit; they all had a wider exterior diameter that would rub the wheel. If you are merely torquing to 100lbs or so and finishing with a torque wrench I doubt you'll ever break a socket. I've had my wheels on and off probably 40...
I downshift as early and as high in the rpm range as I can to get as much engine braking as possible. It also gets the car settled for easier setup for corner entry and if you're going to left foot brake, you have time for that transition as well.
I'm a tad above zero. I'll have to look next time I dial it in on the track and I'll grab a pic so you can see exactly where I have delay and duration set. I'll probably take it back out on the 15th.
