Ticks me off that Ford made the S650 engine look 100x better. The sound tube is part of the plastic and hose throw up that the engine looks like.
it annoys me that our gen coyote has the ugly engine cover; the prior gen coyote cover looked so much better

YESSSSS! Hell, the 15-17 looked great...I took my cover off. Would rather see the engine, even with all the hoses, than that. I need to do the engine dress up kit eventually.

Pull the engine cover off, takes 2 min and a 10mm socket. i deleted the sound tube with the kit to clean up the engine bay and make it easier to get at the dipstick. With the engine cover removed you notice the sound tube more. The resonator delete more than makes up for any engine sound lost by deleting the tube.

What are you planning on using to dress up the engine bay? I took my cover off (and left it off) but it’s a frickin rats nest in there

Wow...so when I looked up that website, I noticed that it has an option to pay with Ford pass points...well I had like 40k, so I just bought it. Only had to pay for shipping!

You can still use your points even if you don't have enough, you just have to pay the difference. I did that to buy my Mach 1 car cover. I only had 63K points but the cover was 479 bucks or 85,800 points. I only had to pay $166 out of pocket for a 479 car cover.

I took mine out and cabin is quiet now, Just remember to plug the hole wherever you take it out otherwise you will receive a good Asphyxiation… which is not good.

Oh sure, :computerrage: all the exhaust dumps out the back of the car. So unless he drives backwards A LOT, he has no worry.

You're not going to like those too short and set too far back. There is not really or anything out there, you can buy. Need to use your imagination, some back paint, tie wraps and dress/clean up the mess.

Changing the football is a good buy and replace idea that helps. The there are covers, that to me always look like covers. For other things under there. There is a thread that loads of folks offer up ideas with pictures to be found.

My car went from the dealer to the house, opened the hood and removed the pizza box, did not last on the engine 20 miles.

I left mine on until I did the sound tube delete. I would’ve had to remove the cover every time I empty my catch can anyway and that would also require me to remove the strut brace each time. No thanks, so I left the cover off

Or a hole in the cat, or manifold , or headers, or anywhere exhausted gas can escape…could go in to the cabin..and it is odorless…just saying. Grandpa Bill

Where did he say intake? He was talking about an exhaust manifold.
