Redline because I have used them before and was very please with their quality.

I can't speak for MRT but the Redline installed quick and easy and work just fine.

Actually the weight difference from the pop rod to Redline were less than a half pound if I remember correctly.

The battery cover is probably a $20 part, should you ever want to restore it to pristine condition.
