Not sure what the 1st gear ratio will be in the 10-speed but it isn't likely to be lower than the 4.13 in 6-speed. That, kids, is LOW. Even with the 3.15 gears, the 6AT flies off the line. I never once wished for deeper rear gears, and the high highway gears make for great gas mileage when...
On the car for about 5,000 miles. Removed before I traded it for a 4WD SUV when snow-mageddon hit Idaho last year. Just taking up space in my garage.
I have all the original packaging and am willing to ship, at your expense. No, I don't know what that will cost, off-hand. But you are getting...
The Focus has nothing to do with the Mustang. Maybe they share a Ford emblem. I'd get the 18 in a heartbeat. I have rented V6 and V8 2016 Camaros. The two worst cars I have driven in years. I would never own either one as they are terribly uncomfortable and impractical. Sure go fast, though.
So everybody that in 2014 was complaining the 15s were ugly is now hating on the 2018s. Gets old. The 18 is the design the 15 should have been, really got the front end right. What an improvement. I'd be all over the 18 if I were in the market.
The 50th package also included the improved dash, door and console trim from the Premier Color Accent Group, though being all black it isn't quite the same effect.
Other posts have the premium and PP content correct. We went through this in such excruciating detail Summer of 2014, when many...
Agree. If it stickered $42k, he likely didn't (shouldn't have) paid $38k new. He's gonna lose the tax and license, and the first year costs $20% even if you don't drive the car. I think his $33-34k sounds real. Brutal. But real.
The question was not "should there be a 4-door Mustang?" That's a terrible idea and would be the death of the Mustang brand.
However, the S650 platform is way too good to sell only 100k copies a year. The first sedan should be the premium Lincoln, above the FWD/AWD Continental. 2.7 EB and...
Lots of folks will take the AT if they can get it, maybe a third of PP cars. But it may work the other way, too. I ordered the AT without the PP, and would have ordered the PP had I been able to do that. So maybe Ford will sell a few more PP cars out of the deal. Choice is always good.
Can't imagine it will total. $10k to $15k in damage, all in front of the engine. If the air bags didn't blow, the chance of frame damage is slight. Find the best shop in town and let them work their magic. Probably won't be able to find the repair when they are done.
It looks so much more like the GT350 I don't know how you can object. The hoodline is much lower, the sight line from the driver's seat will be a lot better, and it just looks meaner. Much improved.
OK, I am the minority. I like it quite a bit. Saved the good (taillights) and fixed the front end, with a tighter, lower grill much like the GT350, though there are some extra lines going on. Not sure about cutting the headlights at the fender, but it sure makes fit/finish easier. I am VERY glad...
I have liked the S550 since it was introduced. My 7th Mustang, and I never even got interested in an S197. Just me. Best looking ever? The '70 Boss 302 and very close relatives. The S550 is just a bit bottom-heavy, could be cleaner. And I stopped liking the front end so well when the GT350 came...
