Ah damn, I just updated :(Don't upgrade to 3.10 They took away the ability to turn off rear O2 sensors.
The workaround would probably be to use HPT to switch those things and PCMtec to do the rest.I uninstalled the new version and it allowed me to reinstall the eariler version. It does bug you to install the latest. I just hope it still allows flashing.
I submitted a support ticket, maybe if we all do it they will reinstate the feature.
I don't see how the EPA can mess with an Australian company.
Unfortunate, but not unexpected. Seems like they just don’t wanna deal with it.This is the answer I got from support.
Rear O2 sensors are required for emissions compliance in the USA and cannot be disabled.
They got strong armed from some one.
We need to pass the RPM act so the EPA cannot treat race cars like street cars.
Cause they're supplying parts/services to America. That's how.I don't see how the EPA can mess with an Australian company.
I was just thinking about this a little more. Its really not that much of an issue as long as we can disable the O2 sensor biasing (FAOSC). A non-fouler will fix the light but we need FAOSC disabled to not effect fueling. This is the answer I got from support.

It's the principle for me.That's really the only issue I can see
stand up a HTTP proxy and you might be able to "lie" to the license server.I installed PCMTech v2.11xxxx. It wont let me log in and says it is an incomplete version of ProTuner and wants me to install v3.10. SO, I think they have locked out US users from v2.11. Crap sucks. Waste of money when I was looking for a specific switch that isn't there.
