Dsm girl through and through, once i got into an eagle talon years ago it was all over. Last car was an evo which i ADORED dearly. Vishnu and a few others took care of it. That car handled like it was nobodys business. Nothing comes close to that feeling. But man was that thing thristy!!! I jumped on the mustang because of the engine alone. Its a good one. Weird at times but good.

Get yourself a step lip ring and we'll talk about the proposal hahaha. You know whats weird? None of my previous bf has been a car nut, and moat guys i know dont even care about cars. Where are the guys i see at the forums????? My business partner laughed his ass off when i told him i was gonna install that big pile of stuff map sent me myself. But then again hes the kind of guy who took the car to a mechanic to change a RADIATOR HOSE!
Same here. I've always loved Mustangs, but in high school I couldn't afford one, so I came across my first DSM, bought it, and it was love from then on. I've had seven in previous years and just bought another one about a month ago, '92 6-bolt/4-bolt combo, for a new project to tinker with. I love my Mustangs, but DSMs always have had and always will have a very special place in my heart, ha-ha. An Evo 5 swapped Mirage and GVR4 is also on my car bucket list. [emoji2]

Step lip ring. Gotcha. I'm on it. LOL. Very few girls around here have ever been into cars, and usually the ones that are have been taken already. You're gonna have to teach your business partner some skills before his man card gets revoked.

Hahaha, I suppose it's a special love to love a car. Surprises me that there aren't more people who take an enthusiast level of interest in their cars.

And I know what you mean, Lisandra! As few guys as you may have found who take an interest in cars, there are even fewer women who take an interest in cars. Still trying to find some in my area to get under hoods with me. Just gonna have to play the long game I suppose!

But bravo for going at this problem so hard and finding that crack. I've been following this thread's updates for a while now to see if the mystery would be unveiled!

Considering pulling the trigger on the MAP intercooler tonight. Just looking for quick feedback from those on the forum who have already purchased it. I'm considering just getting just the intercooler itself. Texas is Hot as hell right now. I've already pinged Adam as well on what my expectations should be. Too many pages to go back through sorry if it's already been covered.

It looks small on the photos but its twice as big than stock, finish is top notch stuff. It definitely does what its meant to do. Its in the 90s year round over here. I truly dont know how they manage to install it from the bottom, i was able to baaaarely remove the stocker from the bottom and it took A LOT. femoving the front bumber and front cross brace makes things much easier

2GNT.com...wow! I hadn't logged on there in ages and remembered it a few weeks back and checked in. Ha-ha! There's a few DSMers on here. I had a '99 OZ that I used for a daily, but we turbo'd a friends with a S2 Hahn kit. Ah, memories. [emoji4] I used the 420A for daily duties and my 4G63s for my race cars lol.

I had a 90 TSI AWD, fully built and track ready. AWD launches are AWESOME! Miss that car, sold it for less than the brand new 99 eclipse transmission that was decked out I put in like 500 miles before I had to sell it.

Agreed! Some folks do not like the idea of removing bodywork, so installing the cooler from the bottom becomes the only choice. It is more of a pain, but it is possible. Removing the bumper will ease the process and is what we recommend.

We've actually put together a video highlighting both methods of install to make things a bit easier for those tacking the job.

Of course. From what I've seen, hes now involved with the GTR transmission market, pretty neat stuff.

Its definitely easier, and as far as removals go, this bumper isnt as much as of a hassle as some euro cars. And the side clips really make getting it to fit like stock super easy
