So i removed the bov and first of all, theres a whole bunch of oil in the charge pipe...anywho the o ring is right there but still i tightened everything up just in case. Still the same noise. I tightened even more the hoses and nothing. The vee has a port on top as vacuum source so that was what was ised as source.

What else could it be??

Sounds like you got a mess of problems on your hands. Maybe you should take it to a shop for a second opinion.

did you use a vacuum/boost source(intake manifold) for the BOV?
IF SO
the easiest thing to do is pressurize the charge pipe system using compressed air at 20-30 psi. if you are sure everything is tight in the charge system you may very well have a leaky intercooler- a pressure test will let you know for sure...

purchase this and put it in the rubber connector at the compressor outlet:

I FOUND IT!!!!! the lower connection on the hot side had a slit on the silicone, right on the bubble, theres no way i would have seen it. just as i gave up, i moved the light to crawl out from under the car and when i got on the side (to maneuver my frontal lady parts to safety) i saw it. Wuju!!!! Used another one i had from the mighty days of dsm and viola!!! Thank you so much for the patience adam and everyone else for the help!!!!!

Ps maps stuff is top notch, it wasnt a crappy silicone, theres a million ways this could have happened in my house or on its way here. Im in no way saying map sent me a bad silicone. Review coming soon!!!!

Are there any alternatives to the MAP unit if I don't want to cut ASG and would prefer to keep the bumper on? The backorder stuff is a turn off.

Is it making a difference performance wise or just keeping the car cooler

The car definetly doesn't feel less powerfull after a few hard highway pulls. I don't have an AP to see my caharge temps. I am simly going by the way the car feels.

Adam im a girl hahaha, my business email has my name and my business partner. In Lisandra, he is Omar. He is not into cars at aaaall. On the video hes the one holding up the camera, scared to death im driving, im the one that says ok and floor it when he says windows down.

There was no way to see it unless you physically squeezed it. Im telling you it was a miracle i saw it. I had planned to remove it all over the weekend and start over, i would have seen it then. If i snap a photo of it standing on its own you really cant see it. Its so small that at 10 psi it wasnt affecting it all that much.

Dsm girl through and through, once i got into an eagle talon years ago it was all over. Last car was an evo which i ADORED dearly. Vishnu and a few others took care of it. That car handled like it was nobodys business. Nothing comes close to that feeling. But man was that thing thristy!!! I jumped on the mustang because of the engine alone. Its a good one. Weird at times but good.

Get yourself a step lip ring and we'll talk about the proposal hahaha. You know whats weird? None of my previous bf has been a car nut, and moat guys i know dont even care about cars. Where are the guys i see at the forums????? My business partner laughed his ass off when i told him i was gonna install that big pile of stuff map sent me myself. But then again hes the kind of guy who took the car to a mechanic to change a RADIATOR HOSE!
