I'm going to guess and say your BOV is not sealed with the little o-ring

maybe take some pics so we can help you

where do you have the tap for the BOV?

I got the best news all week today!! My intercooler shipped today! Should be here Saturday according to FedEx tracking website!! I can't wait to install this bad boy! And set up my appointment for a tune too! Then track time!

There is Misimoto, which I also sell. However I just shipped out 20 intercoolers, and I'm making 20 more as we speak. Should have some more ready to ship in about 7-10 business days.

ah ok. I had removed those when i changed to a GT grill. So no worries there. Just gotta save up the pennies for the MAP IC.

You don't have to cut them, you just have to remove them with other manufacturers intercoolers.

Im certain its the bov. Ill detach it, snap a few and carefully put it back. The o ring was there when i installed it on the pipe, tonight ill know for sure

So i removed the bov and first of all, theres a whole bunch of oil in the charge pipe...anywho the o ring is right there but still i tightened everything up just in case. Still the same noise. I tightened even more the hoses and nothing. The vee has a port on top as vacuum source so that was what was ised as source.
What else could it be??
