I read some of this thread. Weren’t you saying your MAF was tripping? I believe that open fog light hole might cause it to trip. Have you tried covering it completely?

Issues with fueling is not a mechanical issue with the cai atleast something I can control.

I’ll put it together for you out of the car. The silicon adapter is a little big and the plastic tube is at a weird angle and being pushed to the side to help with engine bay clearance

Edit: you have to remember I’ve already taken it apart once and the fuel trims had no change.
Fair enough, it just looks a little off in the picture, if anything the clamp may not be straight. I've had issues from those kind of clamps before, they dont always like to go on right

Ya I bought a new one in case the maf is being weird.

I highly doubt anything with the foglight as I didn't see the fuel trims change at all when I did it and the air is getting partially blocked by the metal screen and water phobic mesh screen that cover the fog light. You would also expect the errors to increase as the car speed increases but it doesn't

The clamp probably isn't straight because the tube isn't straight to the filter. It's crooked and also being pushed from the top part of the tube causing it to bulge one side of the silicon connector.

I seen a video of some guy installing a fender Pmas intake and I specifically remember the guy saying to cover the lower gril on the cervini grill because the direct air would mess with the MAF but then again it was a gen 3. Figured I’d mention it since it looks like the fog light is opened up couldn’t hurt to mention it to you Hopefully you figure it out man

There is a speed where the air will start stacking in certain frontal areas. The fog light area “air curtains” could be affecting things in the wheel well area being you have melted holes from wide tires.
Definitely several different air flow dynamics going on around that whole fender well filter/ MAF area.

We're up to page 29 with not a single bolt turned to check anything, lol. I know it's hot out bud but come on, it's an intake not a cylinder head gasket lol
Did you not see the posts above of me taking off the intake?

I should be able to use the ford data and not touch it because the slope multipliers will correct for the pressure difference
Correct.

Put the car to stock injectors and cai and can't get the fueling dialed in at wot.

I am logging the maf and stft and then adding to the maf data but the lb/min keeps increasing but stft aren't getting better.

Doesn't make any sense to me... It looks like the car is just ignoring what maf data I give it for wot.

Attached is log and tune

I didn't see any WOT difference. What you need to do is multiply the 111.3 and 106.6 cells by 3 or 4 %

I usually make corrections by half %. If the cell needs 5% I usually correct 2.5%
You have another issue at idle but I (after chasing my tail for months) just get it close and live with it.

Rest of the curve looks great.

I like to tune using the math parameter LT + ST

Exactly there is no difference.

Go look at the tunes. I added like 5% 3 times. Look at the maf in lb/min between the the logs. One is like 50 one is like 43 but the fuel correction is the same

Yup just stay under 80% throttle LOL.
MAF and Load are not agreeing once pedal and throttle go above that. I see you added 3-7 lb/min in the WOT area of the transfer.

We know the cylair filter is causing this.
Its either throttle body or something to do with a speed density limit. Hack at it and go down with the MAF values and the injector values?

You didnt have calculated manifold pressure or much of the throttle position voltages in the logs.
So I can really tell you much else beyond what we already knew.
