Car is hitting a map limit in speed density. I upped the limits by 2x and now load is reading properly. I’ll get some logs in a second for you to checkout.

Things I edited in pcm tec:
Boost Maximum Limit - MAF
and
MAP Intercept at Zero AIRCHARGE

MAP is hitting 30.1 inHg at 6k rpm then dropping to 27.7 by 7.8k rpm.

MAP estimated from TP model is about 25.8 during the pull and MAP from desired airmass is about 26.1 during the pull

With the map limits removed fuel trims are a lot better during wot

Awesome. I'm curious to which tables those translate to in hpt. They don't sound familiar

Im not following you modified a maximum table that has values of 31.8 inHg and the logs show you are not hitting MAP that high. You also modified a multiplier table thats suppose to adjust SD for changes in barometric pressure. One of those has fixed the load.... hmmm.

I spoke too soon. Good thing I did another log as that one showed it back to lower load. I’m looking at them now I’ll post them in a minute

Here are the logs

The one with the 2 at the end has no map limit modifications.
The other 2 do and are labeled with the one that seemed to work and one that didn't. They are running the same tune.

Only differences I saw were the map estimated and tp model aswell as the effective throttle area. Im pretty sure the map from tp model is directly related to effective throttle area.

Although I can't see a reason why the car is upset. For the (not working) look at the first pull as a good comparison. Something weird was going on the second pull. Also if you look at the logs the car likes to max the knock sensors in first gear and I don't know why, another problem to figure out smh.

Set both Baro max and min to 30.
Add barometric pressure to the log.
See if that fixes your TP model being limited.

Setting this max and min to the same is a temporary measure to allow you to tune your SD model properly.
If this even fixes what ever is limiting your TP models MAP estimate.

If you dont want it to add 10 degrees then either up your borderline spark or lower max advance. It wants more spark, thats not a bad thing.

Is the scale negative or positive with this logging setup? I'm just curious since it seems like most of the time positive is actually knock

He's logging knock retard and it's all negative so it's adding timing. He needs to add more timing to his tables.

Hes worried about this part in 1st where it spikes to 10 before he even goes WOT.
I hesitate to say its false, but im not worried about it.

Ah I see it now. I was only looking at the log near WOT. Looks like it was during wheel spin possibly? Strange.

I dont want to get side tracked on it again, but if this is the stock intake, the IATs look amazing.
Drop from 125-130 down to just above 100 very quickly once air starts flowing. then seem to stay there and dont really start to climb back up like they were on those older logs.
